We understand that as well as being the development you manage it is also your home. Service charges are agreed with Directors to ensure that the development you manage is kept well maintained and within budget.
We never lose sight of who the client is. We always offer the best professional advice we can and we look to you to consider our advice; along with your own thoughts on any given issue, arrive at a consensus with your fellow board members and instruct us accordingly. We will then undertake the required actions and follow through to completion.
All telephone calls are answered by our property management team who will be familiar with your development. Your dedicated Property Manager will always be happy to speak to you, and if they are not in the office they will return your call within 24 hours.
