COMPANY FORMATION
Amber Management was formed in March 2005 by Ian Harvey,
director of and principal shareholder in the company. In
July 2005 Keith Hughes joined the company taking up his
position as the 2nd and final director of the company.
COMPANY LOGISTICS
The arrival of Keith Hughes completes the initial
logistical placement of the company, with offices in
Ware (serving the South and East of the UK), and in
Swindon (serving the Midlands and Western areas of the
UK).
AN OWNER OPERATED BUSINESS
Amber Management is an owner operated business and thus
our success is directly related to our performance and
client perception. Our director profiles (set out below)
are entirely relevant to our business.
DIRECTOR PROFILES
With over 9 years experience in commercial and
residential service charge accounting, new Management
Company set ups, formations and transferring Property
portfolios between Managing Agents, Ian Harvey
previously worked for Hunting Gate Group Limited and CPM
Asset Management Limited.
Having
25 years property management experience, Keith
Hughes can list Barclays Bank plc, Corporate
Property Management, and Rialto Homes Limited in his CV.
Prior to the sale of Rialto Homes Limited to Fairview
Homes plc, Keith was responsible for setting up and
administering ‘residents’ property management companies,
dealing with all aspects of administrative and financial
affairs, both on site and in office.
